The Heredity grey and gold rug in 80x280 combines the warmth of wool with the subtle sheen of bamboo silk in a long, narrow format.
Its classically inspired pattern unfolds in shades of mineral grey, gold and moss green, softened like a patina. The carved double-height pile catches the light and adds depth to this format, designed for everyday passageways.
This long format naturally suits a hallway runner or entrance, structuring the passage without overwhelming it. It also works beautifully as a generous bedside runner alongside a double or king-size bed, bringing softness and colour as soon as you step out of bed.
The pile of this rug is made of wool, a fibre that brings body and warmth underfoot, while remaining pleasant to the touch along the whole length of the runner.
Hand-knotted in India, this rug features a density of 100 knots, giving precision to every ornament. The carving alternates between two pile heights, 5 mm and 7 mm, for a pronounced relief and good stability thanks to its weight of 4.25 kg/m².
