The prices displayed on the bel-deco.be website are inclusive of all taxes. All orders are processed at the price confirmed by the customer at the time of order placement. Website prices are subject to change without notice. Professional discounts can be combined with the discounts listed on the bel-deco.be website. Orders are payable in full via the various payment methods offered on the website (PayPal and credit card) at the time of order placement.
Products are available for sale as long as they are displayed on the website. However, bel-deco.be reserves the right to modify certain technical specifications without prior notice. The products presented on the website do not constitute a legally binding offer but a non-contractual catalog whose prices and specifications may change at any time. An order, to be valid, must be paid in full in advance using one of the various payment methods offered (credit card or PayPal). The buyer must correctly complete the form displayed on the website and provide their contact information: billing and shipping address, email address, and telephone number. ANGEL TRADING CO reserves the right not to fulfill an order if it is clearly incorrect or if a problem arises with the selected options. In this case, we will contact the customer to find the most suitable solution. Each order is subject to confirmation by the seller, and the order is considered accepted only upon receipt of this confirmation email. Deliveries & Returns Delivery is estimated at 8 business days. The customer will be notified in advance if the stated delivery time is not met. Each order is checked and packaged with the utmost care. We use various shipping companies: Geodis, TNT, DPD, Schenker, UPS, and FedEx. You can pick up your rug at our warehouse located at Schuttersstraat 3C, 8500 Kortrijk, Belgium. In this case, there is no delivery charge. Delivery costs depend on the destination of the product(s). They are calculated automatically and clearly displayed in the order details before payment by the buyer. Orders are delivered to the delivery address provided by the buyer when placing their order on the website. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the product. Returns must be made in the original packaging, and the products must be in good condition for the return to be accepted. After inspection of the returned products, we will issue a refund to the customer. However, delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer. The customer may use the various shipping companies mentioned above that we use. Costs vary depending on the weight and size of the product.
If, despite the best efforts of ANGEL TRADING CO, one or more products ordered by the buyer are temporarily or permanently unavailable, ANGEL TRADING CO will inform the buyer by email.
The buyer will then have the option to modify or cancel their order by emailing export@angelorugs.com no later than fifteen (15) business days after being notified by ANGEL TRADING CO. If applicable, ANGEL TRADING CO undertakes to reimburse the buyer whose payment has already been debited as soon as possible and at the latest within fifteen (15) days after the date of modification or cancellation of the order. No additional compensation will be paid by ANGEL TRADING CO to the buyer.
The products remain the full and complete property of ANGEL TRADING CO until full payment for the invoiced products, including fees and taxes, has been received.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, take physical possession of the last item. We will refund the item, not the delivery, using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless You expressly agree to a different method; in any event, this refund will not incur any costs for you. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earliest. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The direct return costs for goods that, by their nature, cannot be returned to us by mail (delivery by courier) are estimated at approximately €19.90 - €99.90 maximum. Please avoid damaging the merchandise. We kindly ask you to return the merchandise in its original packaging. Please use additional protective packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please choose suitable packaging to ensure sufficient protection against damage during transport. If the item is received in poor condition, ANGEL TRADING CO may charge you an additional fee.

These general terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the judicial district of Brussels shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
