Shipping Policy

Delivery is estimated to take 8 business days. If the estimated delivery time is not met, the customer will be notified in advance. Every order is inspected and packed with the utmost care. We use various shipping carriers: Geodis, TNT, DPD, Schenker, UPS, and FedEx.

You can pick up your rug at the warehouse at the following address: Schuttersstraat 3C, 8500 Kortrijk, Belgium; in this case, there is no delivery charge.

Shipping costs depend on the destination of the product(s). They are calculated automatically and clearly indicated in the order details before the buyer makes payment.

Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided by the Buyer at the time of placing the order on the Website.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the product. Returns must be made in the original packaging, and the products must be in good condition for the return to be accepted. After inspecting the returned products, we will refund the customer. However, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. The customer may use any of the shipping companies listed above that we utilize. Costs vary depending on the weight and size of the product.
