The products are available for sale as long as they are displayed on the site, nevertheless angelo-outlet.com reserves the right to modify certain technical characteristics without notice. Delivery costs depend on the destination of the product(s). They are calculated automatically and expressly indicated in the order details, before payment by the buyer.
Orders are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Buyer when ordering on the Site.
Returns are possible within 30 days of receiving the product. Returns must be made in the original packaging and the products must be in good condition for the return to be validated. After checking the returned products, we will refund the customer. However, delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer. The customer can call on the various transport companies mentioned above that we use. Costs vary depending on the weight and size of the product.
In the event that, despite ANGEL TRADING CO's vigilance, one or more product(s) ordered by the buyer are temporarily or permanently unavailable ANGEL TRADING CO in will inform the Buyer by email.
The Buyer will then have the possibility of modifying or canceling his order by email addressed to export@angelorugs.com au later within fifteen (15) working days after having been informed by ANGEL TRADING CO. Where applicable, ANGEL TRADING CO undertakes to reimburse the buyer whose payment has already been debited as soon as possible and at the latest within fifteen (15) days after the date of modification or cancellation of the order. No additional compensation will be paid by ANGEL TRADING CO to the buyer.
The products remain the full property of ANGEL TRADING CO until full payment of the invoiced products, including costs and taxes.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the last good.

We will refund the item and not the delivery using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different means; in any case, this reimbursement will not incur any costs for you. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of shipment of the goods, whichever date is first.
You must return or return the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days after you have informed us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This period is deemed to have been complied with if you return the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.

These general conditions are exclusively governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, only the Courts of the judicial district of Brussels will have jurisdiction.
